Open House 2023: From Prototype to Series Production

14.06.2023 OECHSLER held its second annual Open House conference at its Additive Manufacturing facility in Germany.

Ansbach, Germany - OECHSLER, a renowned leader in the production of high-quality parts, held its highly anticipated second annual Open House conference at its state-of-the-art Additive Manufacturing (AM) facility in Germany. The event, which took place on 25th of May, brought together an gathering of 100 guests, including partners, professionals from the additive manufacturing industry, scientists, engineers, media representatives, and esteemed C-level executives.

The Open House conference offered attendees a unique opportunity to network with industry experts and gain valuable insights into the advancements, applications, and potential of Additive Manufacturing. Throughout the day, participants engaged in guided tours, providing them with an up-close and personal view of OECHSLER's cutting-edge 3D printing production facility. Additionally, they had the chance of attending 9 exclusive presentations delivered by renowned industry experts and customers providing insights into current projects and developments of the AM industry. With the participation of the technology partners HP, Carbon, Rapidshape and BASF attendees were able to get to know the entire value chain - from material to post processing - and learn more about how to potentially integrate 3D printing into their individual production set up. 

The conference showed that Additive Manufacturing is not only a pure production technology but an entire ecosystem that is driven by the collaboration of partners, customers and science.
