OECHSLER AG Appoints Sales Expert to the Board

• Renowned sales expert Raik Lüder joins the executive board effective July 1, 2023.

Ansbach, June 30, 2023 --- OECHSLER AG, a leading company in polymer technology with a global presence and headquartered in Ansbach, Middle Franconia, has announced the appointment to a newly created key position at the executive board level: Effective July 1, Raik Lüder (51) will join the board of the Franconian technology company as Chief Products and Markets Officer. Together with Dr. Claudius M. Kozlik as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Karl Ostler as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Christoph Faßhauer as Chief Operating Officer (COO), he forms the now four-member executive board.

As an established sales expert, Raik Lüder brings over 20 years of management and leadership experience in sales, key account management, marketing, and research & development. He also brings extensive expertise in the automotive supplier industry and the polymers sector.

A mechanical engineer with an MBA degree (European School of Business, Reutlingen), Lüder joins from ElringKlinger Kunststofftechnik GmbH, a subsidiary of ElringKlinger AG, where he served as managing director for over 10 years, holding global responsibility for sales, marketing, finance, research & development, and 750 employees at locations in Germany, China, and the USA. Previously, he worked at ElringKlinger AG as Head of Global Key Account Management, responsible for Tier-1 customers in the automotive sector. Lüder began his career in sales at Sachsenring Automobiltechnik AG before moving to Wagon Automotive Nagold GmbH, a German subsidiary of British automotive supplier Wagon plc, where he served as a Business Unit Manager, catering to numerous customers in the automotive industry.
