Learn moreThe "Handelsblatt" and the management consultancy Munich Strategy presented this week for the eleventh time in succession the strongest growing and most profitable medium-sized companies with a turnover between 10 million and 1 billion Euros. Munich Strategy analyzed the average sales growth and the average EBIT ratio of more than 4,000 German companies across all industries in the past five years. The list has been adjusted for those companies that did not realize a sustainable positive development during this period.
In the period under review, OECHSLER achieved an average company revenue growth of 11.5 % and thus occupies 38th place in this year's ranking. Compared to the previous year, the company improved by a total of 17 places. OECHSLER was one of only three companies from the plastics industry to receive this award and is ranked second in the industry-ranking.*
Since 2015 OECHSLER has expanded its production capacities with sites in Germany (Brodswinden), the USA (Acworth), and Vietnam (Long An). At the same time, OECHSLER strengthened its technology portfolio with the integration of Additive Manufacturing. Today, OECHSLER is one of the largest series producers in Additive Manufacturing with a three-digit number of 3D printers and a total of more than 2 million components produced. With a view to the future, the company established the strategic framework with the initiative "Strategic Growth 2025", despite acute challenges in the course of the Corona Pandemic.
"We are proud to be among the 100 fastest-growing medium-sized companies once again. It is also proof of the outstanding work of our 3,000 employees around the world, whom I would like to thank for their performance. Even though the year 2020 is a challenge, we have been able to start the strategy implementation for the OECHSLER Group due to our successful past and present as well as our excellent capital structure. OECHSLER will invest in promising growth fields and looks to the future with confidence", says Dr. Kozlik, CEO of OECHSLER AG.
