More than just "fitting things together"
Process-safe assembly is a cost-relevant work step in the manufactur-ing chain of modules and subassemblies – especially in the case of systems that have to meet high quality requirements!
So, for OECHSLER, "assembly" starts as early as in the design stage where the conditions are created for fitting the individual components economically and efficiently together to form an assembly. In view of the growing number and complexity of the components, e.g., in micro drives or medical equipment, it is ever more important that the design is suit-able for assembly line manufacture.
Apart from classic assembly processes, we provide, inter alia, technical services such as welding, riveting, cutting, and gluing with fully auto-matic assembly systems – including non-destructive testing, marking and packaging of the final product. Dependent on the required quantity, quality profile and complexity of the part, we employ fully or semiauto-matic systems in order to achieve best possible results as regards product quality and economic efficiency. For this, we use automatic revolving assembly machines and linear transfer systems enabling flexible assembly sequences and, if required, expansion of the assem-bly steps – always optimally suited to your needs. If quality safety is assured, we also cooperate with partners around the world to keep unit cost low.
