Tool Making
Quality, precision and life span are the key goals within the innovative OECHSLER AG tool making center for the production of high quality plastic parts.
Our advanced 3D CAD/CAM systems control state-of-the-art CNC machinery, thus enabling us to produce economical yet high precision injection molds for series production.
For tool design validation we use either rapid tooling function samples from prototype molds or stereolithography.
OECHSLER AG has special expertise in the production of molds for gear wheels as well as for diagonal and special gearing, tools for the production of screw out parts, 2 component parts, and tools for hous-ings with special requirements for surface quality. |
