Printing
Nowadays the surface finishing of plastic parts with single- and multicolour decorations or inscriptions can be done with a variety of processes.
The classic process for large numbers is pad printing. Depending on the application it can be used with or without scraper or as a rotary system. The advantage of this process is its high flexibility; it gives the possibility to print on uneven or even slightly polluted surfaces in a variety of colours.
With water transfer technique almost any photorealistic design can be applied to plastic surfaces. Compared to pad printing the water transfer technique allows the plastic parts to be much more three-dimensional, i.e. have a higher aspect ratio.
Laser marking enables a highly flexible inscription of parts with different colouring.
Depending on your application or request we offer a labelling of your parts and subassemblies with Barcode, Datamatrix or RFID-Label. This ensures the traceability and assignment of the parts and increases quality in logistics.
