Since project management was introduced at OECHSLER more than a decade ago, our project managers have been respon-sible for the development of a large number of customer pro-jects into successful products for series production.
Such products often start with a challenging profile of requirements and frequently complex task to be solved.
The path from initial product idea to finished product is frequently a long, usually exciting process which our project managers pursue in their own personal responsibility together with our customers. They are the direct No. 1 contact partner in all commercial and technical questions and offer sound, methodical know-how. They bring our customers' projects forwards and ensure that they reach successful conclusion on schedule. They are supported by our in-house specialist teams, who will deal for example with special tool-related challenges, solve ques-tions of final finishing or also support the development and imple-mentation of new technologies.
The focus is always on implementing your product. An enthusiastic desire for innovation and new technologies can bring us here into unknown territory, which we sound out to the benefit of your product.
